Is a deposit payable?

Yes, we request $250 or £200 at the time of the booking. This can be paid by cheque, internet transfer or Paypal in US Dollars, UK Sterling or Euros.


When is the balance due?

We require that the balance is paid in full 60 days before arrival.


What is the address of the villa?

As soon as the balance for your stay has cleared our bank account, we will send you full details of the address, key codes and alarm code. Full directions will be provided.


Is the villa secure?

The villa is located on a gated community so only those with the access code can gain entry. Our home is installed with a fully monitored security alarm system which we request that you set each time you leave the property for the security of your personal possessions as well as our villa.


Is pool heating required all year round?

We recommend that the pool is heated between November and April. If you have pool heating but find it is not warm enough, simply contact our Management Company and they will adjust the temperature for you.


Is the Management Company local?

Yes, Kym lives in the same street and is available to answer any questions you may have about the villa or the local area. Kym will come and introduce herself at the beginning of your stay and will assist with any problems that you may have.


What entertainment is provided in the villa?

You will find a PS2 with games in the Den, IPod docking station, cable TV throughout giving you numerous US channels to choose from and wi-fi internet access if you have your own laptop. Of course our games room will keep the older children entertained for hours!


Will I find everything I need in the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker…
There is enough crockery etc for everyone. We have tried to ensure that there are enough kitchen gadgets to cater for the keenest cook but please do feedback to us if there is anything that you feel is missing.


Is all linen provided?

Yes, all bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own poolside towels.


Where can I get a good deal on park tickets?

For our UK guests, we recommend Attraction Tickets Direct and for our North American guests we recommend Kissimmee Guest Services.


Are there supermarkets locally?

There are many fast food restaurants / take aways in the immediate vicinity. Domino’s Pizza, Taco-Bell, Burger King and McDonald’s are very local. For great steaks, Manny’s Chop House is just south on the US 27 and gets rave reviews from all our guests. Of course, Denny’s and Cracker Barrel at the US27/I4 junction cannot be missed for the All-American breakfast!


Do you take pets?

Sorry no, pets are not permitted in the villa with the exception of ‘sight’ dogs.


Is smoking permitted?

No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa but you may smoke outside. We ask that you use the ashtrays provided. Note that smoking is not permitted in Florida state in public places.
